- Payment information: Stripe account details for payment processing (we do not store credit card numbers directly)
- Company information: Company name, product descriptions, kit content, pricing tier

- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, referral link click counts
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address (anonymized after 24 hours)
- Referral tracking: Click timestamps, conversion events, attribution data
2. Information We Do NOT Collect

- Recipient emails: We never see, store, or process the email addresses of people partners introduce
- Contact lists: We never access, import, or scrape partner contact lists
- Browsing history: We do not track browsing activity beyond our own platform
- Social media data: We do not access or store social media connections or content
- Location data: We do not collect precise geolocation information
3. How We Use Your Information
- Platform operation: To provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Payment processing: To facilitate payments between companies and partners via Stripe
- Referral tracking: To attribute introductions and calculate commissions

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Stripe: Payment processing, partner payouts, and tax document generation (1099s). Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
- SendGrid: Transactional email notifications (account confirmations, payment receipts). We do not use SendGrid for marketing emails to non-users.
- Claude API (Anthropic): AI-powered review of product listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Kit content is processed but not retained by the AI service beyond the review session.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. Ever.
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Account data is retained as long as your account is active
- Account closure: Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Referral data: Anonymized after the attribution window closes (90 days after last referral activity)
- Payment records: Retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years), in anonymized/aggregated form where possible
- Usage analytics: Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely; individual session data is purged after 90 days
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Access controls and authentication requirements for all internal systems
- Automated threat detection and incident response procedures
